WHAT'S THE MENU ON THE SPANISH TABLE AT CHRISTMAS?

First some "aperitivos" , like of course a good spanish ham, sea food, elaborate canapes...

Followed by a "Consome Sherry” , to warm up.

As main course, we could have: Roast Lamb or Pig, Roast Bream...

Always accompanied by a good "Jumilla" or "Albariño" wine.

Not possible to think about a dessert, already full...
