Sunvillas Murcia was created in December 2014 by Tina Duran, with one clear mission: to help international buyers purchase property in Spain with confidence and peace of mind. Now backed by more than 20 years of experience, we have built a trusted reputation for guidance, transparency, and personalised service.

Based in Altaona, Murcia, we specialise in golf resorts, coastal properties, and high-quality residential developments, offering carefully selected homes in the most desirable areas of the region.

We understand that buying abroad can feel overwhelming. Different laws, unfamiliar processes, and language barriers can create uncertainty. Our role is simple: to remove the fear and guide you safely from start to finish.
